Alok Sharma, the Member of Parliament for Reading West, last week made a visit to UserReplay’s Theale office to learn more about the company’s work in the digital world.
UserReplay is a local company, with offices in Theale, that delivers software solutions for businesses enabling them discover information about their customers’ digital experience. The software they have developed helps companies improve conversion, resolve technical and usability issues faster, recover lost customers and prevent fraud.
UserReplay has a number of clients both across the UK and internationally, with a US Headquarters in New Jersey. During the visit, Alok was given a briefing on the company’s strategy including an overview of its capabilities, products and services by UserReplay Managing Director John Thompson.
The visit was organised via the Thames Valley Berkshire LEP Business Budies Scheme, which helps ambitious and growing local businesses connect with local business and political leaders.
Alok Sharma said: “I was delighted to visit UserReplay and learn about the work they are doing, in particular helping their clients to crack down on fraud. Companies like UserReplay help to underline that Reading is a real hub for technology businesses and I wish UserReplay well for the future and their expansion plans.”
John Thompson, CEO, UserReplay said: “We were delighted to welcome our local MP Alok Sharma to UserReplay, and to discuss with him how Government support for UK start-ups has helped us grow by 800% and become an export success.”
